Beez’s Hive Mobile Notary Service keeps pricing simple and transparent. Your appointment total is based on the notarial act(s) performed, mobile travel distance, and any applicable convenience fees.
Florida law allows a Notary Public to charge up to $10 per notarial act. This fee is separate from Beez’s Hive mobile travel and convenience fees.

May apply for evening, weekend, holiday, facility, wait-time, parking, or toll situations.
Final notarization charges depend on the number of notarial acts actually completed.

Travel distance is based on one-way mileage from Beez’s Hive Mobile Notary Service’s designated Tampa service area to the appointment location. Exact travel fees are confirmed before the appointment.
Appointments beyond 50 miles may be considered upon request and quoted individually.

Actual cost, when applicable
Convenience fees are separate from notarial and mobile travel fees and will be disclosed before the appointment whenever reasonably possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
If Beez’s Hive Mobile Notary Service has already begun traveling to the appointment location, the full quoted mobile travel fee will be due.
If the Notary arrives and the signer is unavailable, cannot provide acceptable identification, refuses or is unable to sign, or required documents or parties are not available, the full mobile travel fee will be due.
Any applicable parking or toll expenses already incurred may also be charged.
